Privacy:

Your school has provided Back to Books with each student's name, address, phone number and student ID number and may provide periodic updates of this information.  In addition, Back to Books will gather and store the information you provide us though our web site or any other manner.  We will not gather or store any other information from any source about any of our customers.  We use the information we store to respond to your requests, process your purchases and to communicate with you.

Back to Books may report to your school whether you have made a purchase, the items that you purchased as well as the amount that you paid for each item.  We also will provide your information to the appropriate credit card company during order processing and as part of any necessary follow-up.  In addition, we will release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Back to Books, users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.  Back to Books will not disclose any other information about you. 

Returns:

Checks:  Orders paid by check will ship upon receipt of payment without waiting for the check to clear. A $30 fee will be charged for any check returned for non-sufficient funds or for any other reason.
